Description
Tea Tree Oil is a traditional antiseptic oil used for thousands of years by the indigenous population of Australia. Known by many as the most powerful natural antiseptic known to man, this unique oil has numerous benefits due to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
To Use
For general and antiseptic use, apply one or two drops of oil onto cotton wool or swab or dilute in 10ml carrier oil, apply as required.
For Aromatherapy add 4-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser or dilute in 10ml carrier oil.
A skin patch test is recommended for first time use and people with sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Caution
If pregnant or suffering from a medical condition seek advise before use.
Patch Test
Apply a small amount of the liquid to an inconspicuous area (i.e. inner arm) and leave for 24 to 48 hours. If no irritation occurs it can be assumed you can use 100% pure oil, but do not apply it in the same area for more than 7 consecutive days without a break of at least 7 days.
We do not recommend using 100% pure oil if you have sensitive or very dry skin.
Should you experience a reaction to pure Tea Tree oil, or indeed any skin product cease application immediately. If irritation persists for more than 48 hours consult a healthcare practitioner.
What We Say
Antiseptic Tea Tree Oil is a powerful natural medicine which is relatively gentle to the skin. Penetrates and heals while being kind to healthy tissue.
