Auroville
Auroville is an international project dedicated to human unity located in Tamil Nadu, South India. Once a barren plateau, the region of Auroville has been transformed into a lush green area in which a city is progressively taking shape. Maromas policy towards their employees has been recognized by the British Association of Fair Trade Shops (BAFTS).
Maroma Products
Maroma products contain no animal elements and are never tested on animals. The packaging material is always chosen with consideration for environmental impact. Much of it is recycled cotton paper. Fragrances are made using essential oils selected from the best sources from around the world.
Safety
The enjoyment of a good fragrance should always be accompanied by the knowledge that it is not harmful. Maroma follows the guidelines of IFRA. The International Fragrance Association was formed with scientific aims concerned with all aspects of safety evaluation and regulation of the fragrance industry, keeping in mind the protection of both consumer and the environment.
