Payment by Card
Orders placed on our website must be paid for by credit or debit card, or by PayPal.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Credit/Debit Cards
Your order and credit/debit card details are processed safely on a secure server. Your card number is automatically encrypted so it can not be read by humans.
Payment is collected by Lloyds Bank Cardnet.
Beauty Naturals do NOT (at any time) have access to view or store your card number.
Checkout with PayPal
Paying with PayPal is safe and easy.
No Account Required
It's so simple that you don't even need to setup an account with us.
Just checkout with PayPal and we will ship your order to your PayPal delivery address.
This means you don't need to enter any personal information on our website.
Telephone Orders
If you don't want to order online or don't have an email address, you can order by telephone. Please call us during office hours and we'll take your credit/debit card payment over the phone.
Delivery Cost
Please note that we don't offer Free Delivery for telephone orders. You will need to pay our standard delivery cost.

If you prefer to pay by bank cheque, please write out your order on a piece of paper and send it in the post with a cheque made payable to Beauty Naturals.
Please allow 2-3 days for us to receive your posted order.

International Taxes
Please be aware, when ordering outside of the UK, that we are not responsible for any local tax and/or import duty that may be applied to your order by the local Customs authority in your country.
Any additional tax and/or import duty, is independent of our delivery charge, and is the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our warehouse dispatches parcels Monday to Friday only. We are closed on weekends and UK public holidays.
- Priority delivery
Priority orders received before 3pm are dispatched on the same day.
- Standard & free delivery
Standard orders are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Busy Periods
Sometimes, particularly after sending out our mail order catalogue, we experience a busy period and our warehouse temporarily gets behind on dispatching parcels.
- Priority delivery
Priority orders are not affected by busy periods because we always put them to the front of the queue.
- Standard & free delivery
During a busy period, standard orders may be delayed by an extra 1 or 2 days. However, we will always try to get your parcel delivered within 1 week of ordering.
Our busiest months of the year are March & November.
Refunds
Unopened, unused products
You can return unused items for a full refund up to 28 days after placing your order.
Products must be unopened and returned in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure to pack them safely.
A refund will be made to your original method of payment and confirmed to you by email.
Please note: we do not refund postage costs.
Exchanges
Opened, tested or partly used products
If, after trying a product, you decide it isn't suitable you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note.
When returning the unwanted product please also let us know which product(s) you'd like to exchange for. If you don't specify an exchange, we will email you a credit note instead.
Returns Postage Label
We use Royal Mail for your return parcels.
Please contact us to let us know you want to return a product. We will email you a Pre-Paid Postage label which you can print at home.
How to return products
Please use your own padded envelope or small box, and apply the Pre-Paid Postage Label. You can either post the package in a Royal Mail post box or hand it in at your local Post Office.
Be sure to pack the parcel carefully and include a brief note explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange for other products. Please also include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Your return parcel must be sent back to us within 28 days of ordering. We do not refund any postage or delivery costs that you have paid.
How long does it take?
We aim to process refunds and exchanges on the same day we receive them.
Confirmation Email
Once processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund or exchange. You'll also be able to view this online in the My Orders area of our website.
Products returned after 28 days
Unfortunately we can't refund products returned after 28 days. If you have a problem with a product after this time, please contact us for further advice.

What if I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your parcel within 1 week please contact us and we will take action to resolve the problem.
We use Royal Mail. Please be sure to check whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or in the porch, garage etc.
Also, you can check with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel. If so, you can ask them to arrange re-delivery.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange replacement of the damaged items.
