Description
Lemon essential oil has a fresh, citrus aroma. It's an uplifting essential oil, which invigorates and refreshes.
The health benefits of lemon oil can be attributed to its stimulating, calming, astringent, detoxifying, antiseptic, disinfectant and anti-fungal properties.
Benefits
Use diluted in a massage oil or shampoo to help combat greasy skin and hair.
Add one to two drops of Lemon oil in a spray bottle of water for an invigorating scent while you clean tables, counter tops, and other surfaces.
Add a few drops to your laundry cycle or to the final rinse cycle to freshen up your laundry.
Combine lemon with peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil along with coconut oil for an effective insect repellant.
To Use
Vaporization: Add up to 6 drops of essential oils to a burner or diffuser
Massage: Blend 2-3 drops of essential oils in 30ml of carrier oil
