Busy Periods

Sometimes, after sending out our mail order catalogue, we experience a particularly busy period and our warehouse temporarily gets behind on dispatching parcels.

Our two busiest months of the year are March & November.

During a busy period Free Delivery orders may be delayed by an extra day. Priority & Next Day orders are not affected because we always put them to the front of the queue.
