If you haven't received your parcel within 5 working days please email or telephone us and we will immediately take action to resolve the problem.

Please be sure to check first that your parcel hasn't been left by the postman with a neighbour or in the porch, garage etc.
Also, you can check with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel. It is possible that the postman
or delivery driver forgot to leave a card or the card may have been accidently discarded as junk mail.
